	Other Names: Little Pied Cormorant, Kawaupaka, White-throated Shag. Size: 55cm The Little Shag has black upper parts. The face and throat are white. The chest and underparts vary from black through mottled to white. The beak is stout and yellow.
	A pair of juveniles with just a white throat.
	As the juveniles moult their chest becomes mottled.
	Adults have a full white chest and underside.
